All Garage Master Ltd customers with an automatic
operator are offered a reasonably priced annual service
agreement when the 2-year installation guarantee
expires.
The basic cover includes a yearly visit from one of
our engineers who will check, lubricate and adjust your
garage door and operator, though the cost of parts needing
replacement is not included. Further options including
parts and breakdown are also available.
Service calls are also available without an annual contract.

Garage door maintenance tips:
Always
aim for steady movement when opening a garage door, maintaining
control until the door is fully open.
Periodically
check all fastenings for tightness, oil pivot points and
tension springs.
Wash
the door with soapy water every so often, and check for
any salt or grit in the tracks.
Read
the manufacturer's instructions before painting, staining
or polishing your garage door.
Do
not leave your garage door open or unlatched for long periods
of time - it may become dislodged due to weather or slamming
shut while unattended.
